Track your consumption against your plan
Overview
The Usage screen, under your organisation settings, shows how much of your plan you are currently consuming. It is the place to check before you hit a ceiling.
It tracks your usage against your plan's limits for:
- Emails captured this month
- Projects in use
- Inboxes in use
- Team members
Reaching a limit
When you approach a limit, MailSandbox lets you know. If you hit the monthly email limit, new messages stop being captured until the month resets or you upgrade; if you hit the projects, inboxes or team limit, you will not be able to create more until you free some up or move to a larger plan.
The monthly email counter resets each billing month. Projects, inboxes and members are ongoing counts — archiving or removing what you no longer need frees capacity immediately.
