Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Usage screen, under your organisation settings, shows how much of your plan you are currently consuming. It is the place to check before you hit a ceiling.
It tracks your usage against your plan’s limits for:
- Emails captured this month
- Projects in use
- Inboxes in use
- Team members
Reaching a limit
Section titled “Reaching a limit”When you approach a limit, MailSandbox lets you know. If you hit the monthly email limit, new messages stop being captured until the month resets or you upgrade; if you hit the projects, inboxes or team limit, you will not be able to create more until you free some up or move to a larger plan.
The monthly email counter resets each billing month. Projects, inboxes and members are ongoing counts — archiving or removing what you no longer need frees capacity immediately.
